Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
• Registration fee and advance cannot be refunded.
• No negotiation allowed.
• Project cannot be released/handed-over till the clearance of complete payment.
• We develop only prototype of the project which will be a POC (Proof of Concept) unless explicitly specified.
• We provide following data for the report and the presentation of the project:
> Block diagram with explanation
> Hardware and software specifications
> Schematic diagram
> Code and flow chart
• The project development process may discontinue if there is no proper communication from the team.
• Technical sessions will be conducted online/offline where all the team members are expected to be present (2-3 sessions).
• Amount of fees may change increase if there are any changes/upgrades done to the project during the development process.
• Payment of fees is expected to be done in regular intervals.
• We do not buy-back the project after delivery.
Payment Details
The total cost of the project will be Rs. 12,000/- plus Bill of Materials. Please make a payment of Rs. 2,000/- to complete the registration process.
